Our processes

Do you want to know what happens before our glasses reach your table? Here we explain the steps they follow:

Collecting

It all starts with the collection of bottles that have been thrown into the trash to be, normally, recycled (we love recycling, but we love upcycling more, improving waste to make new products of superior quality and ecological value) .

Unlabeling

The second phase of the process is to delabel the bottles, which is sometimes a big headache!

Cutting

And here is the most important part of all! The moment when this bottle, which has been thrown away, becomes a real glass (to be improved!), and on the precision of which the rest of the process depends.

Sanding

Sanding is the longest step of all and takes place in 7 stages. It is at this stage that we try to giving you, our customers, the best possible edges, so you can enjoy your drinks!

Washing

As you can see, the bottles have been handled quite a bit, and so they are cleaned to allow the next step, painting, to be done on a clean surface.

Drawing

But before painting on the lenses, our designers must create the best designs to make your lenses look even cooler!

These designs will be captured on a screen print frame.

Painting

And now we take these beautiful designs and through the screen printing method we print them onto the glasses, making them look amazing.

Cooking

To ensure that the paint is really truly stuck to the glass, and resistant to all drinks and washes, the already printed glasses go into the oven for just a few minutes, and come out hot and ready!

Wrapping

And finally, the already cut, sanded and painted glasses are placed in our beautiful packaging, so that they arrive safely at your home.

And don't forget to wash them before using them and treat them with love!
